How do I pay if I'm in Nepal?

We accept eSewa, Khalti, direct bank transfer (NPR), and cash in Kathmandu. Click the "Pay with eSewa" or "Pay with Khalti" buttons above, or WhatsApp us for bank transfer details. No foreign currency needed.

How do I pay if I'm outside Nepal?

We accept PayPal, Stripe (credit/debit cards), Wise for bank transfers, and USDT/crypto. All payments are in USD. Click the relevant button in the payment section and complete checkout — it takes under 2 minutes.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No long-term contracts. Monthly retainers run month-to-month after an initial 30-day sprint. Cancel anytime with 14 days notice. We earn your business every month.

How quickly can we start?

Most clients go from first call to active work in 5–7 business days. Book a free call → strategy sprint → kick off. We move fast because slow costs money.

What's the payment structure?

For project-based work: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. For monthly retainers: full month paid at the start of each billing cycle. We'll send a clear invoice before any payment is due.

Do you give refunds?

If we haven't started work yet, we refund in full. Once work has started, we refund the unused portion. We've never had a client ask for one — but the policy exists to protect you.
